Request deletion of your Echo Loop account
To delete your Echo Loop account and associated data, send a request from your registered email address to our support team.

Use your registered email address
For security, we can only process deletion requests sent from the email address used to register your Echo Loop account. If you no longer have access to that address, explain this in the email and include enough information for us to verify ownership.

Recommended email format
Subject: Echo Loop account deletion request Registered email: Echo Loop account name, if any: Reason, optional: I request deletion of my Echo Loop account and associated data. I understand that this action is permanent and that some records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or billing compliance purposes.
What to do
- Send an email to support@echo-loop.top from your registered Echo Loop email address.
- Use the subject line "Echo Loop account deletion request".
- Include the registered email address and the statement that you want your account and associated data deleted.
- We will verify the request and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
Processing time
We usually respond within 2 business days. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or for security investigation.
Data deleted
- Your Echo Loop account profile and authentication record.
- Uploaded audio records, generated transcripts, subtitles, highlights, bookmarks, collections, tags, and learning progress connected to the account.
- App preferences and other account-linked content stored by Echo Loop.
Data that may be retained
- Payment, refund, tax, or invoice records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and payment providers.
- Security logs, abuse-prevention records, and deletion audit records may be retained for up to 180 days.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify your account may be kept.
Do not send your password, payment card number, or other highly sensitive information by email. We will never ask for your password to process an account deletion request.
