Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Echo Loop Plus subscriptions. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
Payments for subscriptions purchased on our website (echo-loop.top) are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
1. Free Trial
Every Echo Loop Plus plan starts with a free trial:
- Annual plan — free for 1 week
- Monthly plan — free for 3 days
You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews and the applicable price is charged.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
If you were charged for a subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. To be eligible:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of the payment date, and
- The request is for the most recent payment.
We may decline refund requests that fall outside this window or that show signs of abuse (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@echo-loop.top with the email address used at checkout and, if available, your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
You may also request a refund directly through the receipt email sent by Paddle after your purchase.
4. In-App Purchases (App Store / Google Play)
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those purchases are governed by the respective store's refund policies and must be requested through that store:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account
We are unable to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
6. Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, trigger a refund for a charge already made. After cancellation you retain access to Echo Loop Plus until the end of the current billing period.
